Born and raised in Khon Kaen, Thailand, Samran Laepong grew up in a small village where opportunities were scarce. At just 10 years old, his life changed forever when he received the prestigious British Telecom Pestalozzi Scholarship, enabling him to study in the United Kingdom.

For over 15 years, Samran lived and worked in the UK, gaining valuable experience and building a successful career. However, in 2005, he made the heartfelt decision to return to Thailand to give back to his homeland. Settling in Udon Thani, he dedicated himself to serving his community as a Tourist Police Volunteer and close protection officer for high-profile individuals.

In 2020, Samran and his wife, Fon, turned their focus to Gin Lom Chom Hill, purchasing land in Nong Bua Lamphu – a region deeply in need of economic development. Their dream is to create a place where sustainability, education, and community empowerment intersect.
